DoughWorks was created to shake up the baking industry in Jordan. With our unique approach to obtaining raw ingredients, recipe creation, product delivery, and the baking process, DoughWorks serves up the freshest and most delectable baked goods in the country. We make our products with the highest quality seeds and grains, one-of-a-kind specialty flours, and never-before tasted recipes. Due to this meticulous eye for detail, we are changing the game when it comes to sourcing and, most importantly, enjoying specialty artisan buns, loaves, and breads.
Our team is comprised of passionate pastry chefs, ‘outside the box’ bakers, and bread-loving connoisseurs who are committed to bringing you the most innovative and delicious baked goods directly from our ovens to your table. Our renegade group of bakers is going against the grain!
The Upper Crust
When DoughWorks was created the owners and leadership team recognized their passion for uncommon and delicious bread creations kneaded (see what we did there?) to be shared with the people of Jordan. We spent our days in the kitchen lab creating new and inspired options and our nights dreaming up even more unique flavour combinations. When you love something like this, it only makes sense to share the fruits of your labours with others; From this, DoughWorks was born.
