How does a DoughWorks subscription work?

It couldn’t be simpler to have fresh baked, artisan bread in your home week after week. Create an account on our website, place your order before Thursday at 11 pm (Jordan Time), and our team will deliver you fresh, delectable DoughWorks creations on Sunday, so you are ready to take on the week!

How often do I receive my order?

Your DoughWorks subscription ensures that your freshly baked items arrive at your home every Sunday. Grocery shopping for the week has never been easier!

Can I edit my order after I subscribe?

You absolutely can easily modify your order with items of the same price by logging into your online account and fill out a contact form or by sending us a message via whatsapp.

I forgot my login information. Now what?

If you already have an account and cannot login, please try resetting your password by clicking the link on the account page. If you still need to get a DoughWorks account, you can create one here.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you are going away and want to put your DoughWorks subscription on hold, please fill out a contact form, and someone from our team will contact you. If you need to cancel your subscription entirely, please fill out a contact form for assistance from our team.

Can I place a one-time DoughWorks order?

Yes, you absolutely can! Commitment free! Choose from our fresh baked, artisan breads and products before Thursday at 11pm (Jordan Time) and our team will prepare your delivery and ship it out on Sunday no strings attached. 

When will I receive my DoughWorks delivery?

We make our items fresh and deliver them to you on Sunday. Your order must be completed in your account before Thursday at 11 pm (Jordan Time) to allow our team time to prepare for your delivery.

Can I have my products delivered on another day?

At this time, our team delivers only on Sundays.

Are there any products that are not eligible for delivery?

All products on our website are available for delivery.

Does DoughWorks have a retail location?

Our team is so excited to announce that our first DoughWorks store is set to launch in 2023. If you want to be kept up to date with the details, including the exact location and opening date, join our email list below.
